The
lid is brittle and easy to crack. I used a paint spatula. If you
don't have one, purchase one that is thin and flexible. If you rush
this, you will break the lid. Take your time. Step 4: FIND THE COOLANT LINES As I got closer to the bottom, I switched to plastic tools (a caulk remover and a bike inner-tube tool). I felt more comfortable using plastic once I dug out approximately two inches. When I saw the bottom, I took an overnight break. With my fingers, I scraped away the foam to find the first line.
Once both lines are visible. Take another break. Go watch Pulp Fiction. You have to dig through approx 3 inches of foam before you reach the coolant lines. NEXT> |
